Our Tuscany Community Ultimate Frisbee Program- Spring Skills & Scrimmages format is great for players of all levels.

We teach the basics of throwing, catching, offense and defense, and will run scrimmages at the end of every practice.

Our primary goal for the entire 90 minutes is FUN!

All practices will be led by experienced Ultimate Coaches with the assistance of youth competitive team players from Cannons Ultimate.
